Wayward runs booking, deposits and payment plans, digital waivers, itineraries, guest records and guide briefings from one system built for multi-day trips. A guest pays a deposit at checkout and the balance is split across up to four scheduled payments. After booking, each guest gets OneLink, one passwordless link with their itinerary, balance, documents and waiver, so waivers and balances come in before departure without chasing. Guides get a briefing on every guest two weeks out. The Wayward team ran multi-day trips before they built the software, and they handle the migration when you move over.
