Lisbon-based Tour Director and international travel operations leader with 10+ years’ experience across Europe and Asia. I currently lead tours for EF Education First and Insight Vacations, and previously served as Head of Global Operations for an educational travel company, overseeing programmes, teams and suppliers across multiple regions. I’m experienced with educational, premium and international groups, and bring a calm, practical approach to logistics, guest care, cultural interpretation and problem-solving on the road. Based in Portugal and available for selected assignments across Portugal, Iberia and wider Europe.
