About
I serve as both a tour operator and a tour leader/director. I design and run group educational and recreational tours for members of an organization - everything from establishing the destination and route, creating the budget, working with all vendors (transportation, hotels, restaurants, attractions, tour guides, etc), setting the trip price, selling the trip, managing all attendee communications, serving as the onsite tour leader and more. The organization is based out of Minnesota but the tours are held throughout the nation and sometimes internationally.
