I'm an independent tour guide based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, specializing in private and customized experiences. My work includes cultural and historical tours, local food experiences, shore excursions, and day trips beyond the city. I enjoy introducing travelers to places and experiences they might otherwise overlook. I work with one group at a time, adapting each tour to their interests, pace, and needs. I'm also interested in connecting with fellow guides, travel advisors, and tour operators to exchange ideas, share local knowledge, and explore opportunities for collaboration.
Hobbies & Interests
Reading classic novels, board games, Magic: The Gathering, miniature painting and wargaming, video games, geopolitics, photography, road trips, discovering local food, and exploring lesser-known places throughout the Dominican Republic.
Fun Fact
I studied Hotel Management with a focus on culinary arts, but eventually discovered that working in a kitchen wasn't for me. That's one of the reasons I became a tour guide! However, my culinary background comes in handy whenever I talk about Dominican food.
