Smiley and outgoing, I'm Benedetta and I run privates and groups food tours based in Rome for North-Americans clients: through foods and ingredients I love to share the history and the society of the city where I live. I run daily and weekend tours in the most iconic areas close to the Capital and short weekend for Italians customers that want to explore small villages and regions far from the beaten path.

I love reading about cultures and religions, I love travel and, of course... I love cook and foods from all over the world.
Fun Fact
I love do karaoke with my friends while I'm literally not able to sing (headache in less that 1 sec); I hitchhiked and backpacked all over Israel for 6 months; I found myself leaving everything and going to a farm building beehives; when I travel I look for locals people (ofter doing Couchsurfing) in order to enjoy the place with an insider perspective; I laugh a lot (life is too short to be upset); I was a boycott and actually I loved the wild attitude during the camps we had; when I'm blue I go to a friend's place near Rome for horse-therapy, petting the horses he had.
Destination Experience
I lived in Israel; I spent 3 moths in the South part of India; my home base is Italy focused on Rome and Venice (where I live and I lived); I spent 3 months in the North part of Spain based in Santander - Cantabria; I travelled though Europe and South-East of Asia.
